Step 1: Customer Inquiry and Technical Review
It all starts when a client sends us a request with detailed specifications. Our engineers assess the technical drawings, decide on the best casting process, and plan every detail to ensure both quality and efficiency.

Step 2: Tooling and Pattern Development
We create a pattern based on the product design, which acts as a replica for the mold cavity. Depending on the selected casting method—resin sand, lost foam, or wax—we develop suitable tooling to ensure accuracy and repeatability.

Step 3: Molding and Core Making
Our advanced molding lines allow us to produce high-precision sand molds. For parts with complex internal shapes, we fabricate cores that are precisely positioned inside the molds. Molding quality is key to achieving excellent surface finish.

Step 4: Melting and Casting
In this stage, metal is melted in induction furnaces and brought to the exact temperature required for the chosen alloy. Skilled technicians monitor temperature, composition, and purity. Then, the molten metal is poured into molds using safe and controlled methods.

Step 5: Solidification and Shakeout
After pouring, the casting cools and solidifies in the mold. Once cooled, the mold is removed to extract the raw part. This is called shakeout. The castings are then cleaned using shot blasting machines and grinders to remove excess material and sand.

Step 6: Heat Treatment and Quality Control
We offer optional heat treatments to improve mechanical properties like hardness and toughness. Then, our QC team conducts chemical analysis, hardness testing, and dimensional checks. We use spectrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment to ensure every part meets client standards.

Step 7: Machining and Final Assembly (if required)
For machined components, we deliver parts with tight tolerances thanks to our CNC machining capabilities. From valve bodies to hydrant castings, each product goes through a final quality check before packaging.
