2. Spectrometer – For Chemical Composition Analysis
To guarantee the correct alloy composition, we use optical emission spectrometers. This device analyzes the chemical elements in molten metal before casting, ensuring the material precisely matches customer requirements. Whether it’s ductile iron, grey iron, brass, or stainless steel, our spectrometer provides fast and accurate results for full traceability.

3. Hardness Tester – Measuring Material Strength
The Brinell, Rockwell, or Vickers hardness testers are essential in verifying the mechanical properties of castings. These tools help us confirm that the part’s strength and durability meet the application demands. We conduct hardness tests regularly on both raw and heat-treated parts.

4. Tensile Testing Machine – For Mechanical Property Validation
To evaluate a part’s ability to withstand pulling forces, we use tensile testing machines. This equipment measures tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation. These results are crucial, especially for high-load applications such as valve bodies, hydrants, and machinery brackets.

5. CMM – Coordinate Measuring Machine
For precision dimension inspection, we employ CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines). These devices offer 3D measurements down to microns. Whether the part is complex or simple, machined or raw, our CMM ensures tight tolerances are consistently met as per the customer’s drawings.

6. Pressure Testing – For Leak-Proof Assurance
For components like hydrant bodies, valve casings, and pipe fittings, pressure testing is crucial. We conduct hydrostatic or air pressure tests to verify sealing integrity. These tests help detect any hidden casting flaws like porosity or shrinkage, ensuring product safety in real-world applications.

7. Surface Roughness Tester – Finish Quality Control
Surface quality matters not only for appearance but also for performance. We use surface roughness testers to measure Ra values (average roughness), ensuring the cast parts meet the required standards for coatings, gaskets, or mating surfaces.

8. Ultrasonic & Magnetic Particle Testing – Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
When internal defects are a concern, we offer ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing for non-destructive defect detection. These NDT methods help us identify cracks, voids, and discontinuities without damaging the part, ensuring reliability before shipment.

9. Visual Inspection – The First Line of Defense
Though advanced tools are essential, visual inspection remains a critical part of our QC process. Skilled inspectors with years of experience examine every part for surface defects, flash, burrs, and dimensional anomalies. Every detail counts.
