Mingda provides efficient and advanced component machining parts for diverse applications and different sizes – from 1.5 to 400 mm diameter components. We can achieve both high cost efficiency and high performance by using the appropriate production method depending on product requirements. High surface finish (down to Ra 0.5) and high precision tolerances (down to 5 microns) can be reached in our products through multi-axle CNC machining. We also work with automatic mechanically controlled turning machines for high volume, high cost efficiency production.

Other machining production includes milling, drilling, grinding and polishing. We have experience machining cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and copper.
