Mingda will machine your components on CNC-controlled universal milling machines.

We machine all conventional plastics and metals, but we specialize in aluminum and engineering plastics such as PA6-GF30, PA66, PA12, PBT-GF30, POM or PC.

Small batch machining
Mingda specializes in the cost-optimized manufacture of small batches. We do not, however, offer automated lathing of large batches. Mingda can draw on its long experience in the production of lathed and milled parts for specific branches of industry.

Small batch production always requires flexible CNC programming. Depending on the material and component geometry, milling paths must be specifically programmed to prevent stress in the component. This is precisely G.W.P.’s strength – precise components tailored to your demands!

Machining services
We lathe, mill, grind, etc. components of brass, steel, aluminum and plastic. Special materials can be used upon request. We process your components according to DIN ISO 2768 (general tolerances).
