Metal stampings are components manufactured by placing flat sheets of metal into a stamping press where male and female dies form the shape of the final product.

Hebei Mingda specialize in the stamping of metal components using a variety of presses from 30 to 400-ton capacity. The metallurgical expertise we use to design our spring and fastener products extends to stampings as well. This allows our engineers to design components utilizing materials from low carbon steel to pre-tempered alloys in thicknesses from .004″ to .312″ depending on the configuration of the part and tonnage required.

In-house tooling and design capabilities, engineering support, and a wide array of secondary processes (deburring, e-coat, welding, assembly, etc.) allow us to manufacture even the most complex metal stamping designs for your applications.
