1. Why Machining Matters
Casting creates the shape, but machining creates precision. Many of our castings—whether ductile iron, grey iron, brass, aluminum, or stainless steel—must undergo machining to meet tight tolerances, precise dimensions, and assembly requirements. With 16 years of experience, we deliver machined components trusted across industries.

2. Pre-Machining Inspection and Planning
Before any cutting begins, each raw casting is inspected for dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Our engineering team carefully reviews customer drawings and selects the best machining process, tools, and fixtures. This planning ensures the best balance of accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency.

3. CNC Machining – Precision at Its Best
We utilize CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines for high-precision tasks. CNC lathes and milling centers are programmed to machine parts to exact specifications. This process allows for consistent quality even on complex geometries like valve ports, threads, or hydrant flanges.

Whether it’s facing, turning, drilling, tapping, or milling, CNC equipment guarantees repeatability and accuracy across batches.

4. Manual Machining for Custom Features
In addition to CNC, we also apply manual machining for parts that require fine adjustments, reworking, or small-volume custom jobs. Our skilled machinists operate lathes, drilling machines, boring mills, and surface grinders to refine surfaces or add precise features.

5. Threading, Drilling, and Tapping
Many of our customers request threaded components. We offer internal and external threading using both CNC and tapping machines. Whether metric or imperial threads, our team ensures accurate pitch, depth, and fit. Holes and ports are drilled to exact depth and position as per the drawings.

6. Surface Finishing and Deburring
After cutting, parts undergo deburring to remove sharp edges and metal chips. We also provide surface finishing processes such as polishing, shot blasting, or coating if required. These treatments improve appearance, safety, and corrosion resistance.

7. Dimensional and Quality Inspection
Every machined part is inspected against the drawings. We use digital calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure all dimensions meet tolerance. Only parts that pass our strict quality checks proceed to packaging.

8. Packing and Delivery
Finished machined parts are cleaned, protected with anti-rust oil (if needed), and securely packed. Whether it's a one-off prototype or a high-volume production run, we ensure the products arrive safely and ready to use.
